By incorporating a fast, simple, and highly effective belt transfer system, the BT3 automatically returns processed panels to the operator, eliminating the need for a second worker and reducing material handling time. Operating Principle

1. Panel Detection & Transfer
   • As panels exit the edgebander, the receiving rollers detect the trailing end of the panel and initiate the transfer process.
2. Side Transfer & Return Conveyor
   • Belt transfer system moves the panel to a set of motorized return rollers that are positioned 2 inches lower than the pass line to avoid panel overlap issues.
3. Panel Reset for Continuous Operation
   • Once the panel has cleared the receiving area, the rollers return to their upper position, ready for the next panel.
