Description
General Description
The AGET DUSTKOP FTP Series Enclosureless Dust Collectors provide an affordable, high-efficiency solution for removing dust from contaminated airstreams in woodworking, plastics, composite manufacturing, and other industrial applications. These collectors are designed to capture and remove fine dust particles using a robust, enclosureless design that meets NFPA 654 and NFPA 664 standards for indoor dust collection. Dust-laden air is conveyed by an integral industrial-grade fan, then filtered through high-performance woven fabric tube media. Captured dust is collected beneath the bag plenum in easily connected, disposable waste bags, resulting in improved air quality and a safer work environment.
Why Choose the AGET FTP Series?
The AGET DUSTKOP FTP Series Enclosureless Dust Collectors are engineered to deliver efficient, reliable dust extraction for a variety of industrial applications. Their compact design, low maintenance requirements, and robust construction make them an ideal choice for facilities seeking to improve air quality while keeping operating costs down. With the added benefits of customizable options, proven NFPA compliance, and the reliability of components manufactured in the USA since 1938, these collectors provide a smart, long-term solution for your dust collection needs.

NFPA Compliance
NFPA Compliance Considerations
To comply with NFPA 654 and related standards, the FTP Series must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Handle a maximum of 5,000 CFM.
- Not be connected to equipment such as sanders, abrasive planers, or molders with mechanical material feeds.
- Ensure dust is removed daily (or more frequently, if necessary).
- Be located at least 20’ from any means of egress or frequently occupied areas.
- Maintain a separation of at least 20’ between multiple enclosureless collectors in the same room.
- Ensure that filter media is not shaken or reconditioned while the fan is online.
- Not be used to collect metal dusts.
