The glue gun has been developed for this specific application to optimize the work by cutting off the glue immediately and precisely. Perfect glue tear at the end of the glue application, meaning ON-OFF (cut-off) of the glue flow and glue dosing. Compact and ergonomic design. Valve body with non-stick coating, tungsten carbide needle and stainless steel nozzle.

easyCOLL is a professional system for the application of white glues, water-based dispersion adhesives (PVAc, polyvinyl acetate in water dispersion) with glue gun designed for this specific application, with ad hoc adjustments and settings aimed at optimizing the work of adhesive application.

All available settings:
- Micrometric glue flow adjustment directly on the glue gun;
- Manual mode (by pressing the control button) -, electronically controlled, for point and multipoint adhesives application, for vertical and horizontal drilling, for precise application into dowel holes, female holes (those without dowels), grooves, mortices, slots and similar applications;
- Continuous flow mode - for continuous glue application -, electronically controlled, for glue lines, beads and for applying glue into grooves, back side grooves, for cabinetry, framework and similar applications;
- Pulse mode - for pulse operation - stepless impulses (adjustable), for spaced glue lines and points, for frames, different profiles, grooves and similar applications, where a cadenced and intermittent glue application is required (* electronically controlled application by means of a potentiometer).
The settings are electronically controlled via potentiometers on the control panel managed by an electronic board, while the glue supply is controlled by a single pulse via the button on the glue gun.
The electronic control ensures a constant glue flow.
Most common fields of application
For efficient application of glue in dowel holes, female holes and grooves, back side grooves, in furniture for cabinetry, framework, window and door, wooden elements used in timber construction and housing.
easyCOLL is provided with two large pressure tanks of high quality (PIZZI), one (1) for the adhesive to be applied and one (2) for the water for flushing the system, with a switch on the control panel (flushing program) that manages the two pressure tanks.

GLUE SPECIFICATIONS
Wide spectrum of use!
All PVA adhesives in water dispersion (polyvinyl acetate*) that have been specially formulated for the use of automatic machines for simultaneous glue application and dowel insertion.
* (Adhesives in dispersion, generally called emulsion, is an adhesive composed of an organic binder - mainly PVA- that is finely dispersed in water).

The pressure of the tank containing water to should be set to a maximum of 1.5 to 2 bar which is more than adequate pressure for the viscosity of the water.
